One Time Macro Count
$99 per plan

This plan includes an individualized macro plan based off of your goal: maintenance, deficit or surplus. You will get a one time 45 minute consultation call to discuss your plan and answer any questions that you might have. You will receive a Macro Guide with tips on tracking and a Grocery Guide for ideas of food you can buy for each macro. The plan is for one phase of the Nutritional Periodization only.

Reverse Diet and Macro Plan
$149 per plan

You will receive an reverse diet macro plan designed get you out of a calorie deficit and into maintenance. This plan will include weekly increases, a reverse dieting guide and a 45 minute consult call to get you started. This is where your body THRIVES!
